Brownsboro’s rally in the fourth was finished by Gage Wehrmann’s layup with one second on the clock for a 46-45 win over Bullard Brook Hill. The Guard led 39-33 entering the fourth quarter, but the Bears outscored the squad 13-6 in the final period. Tylor Johnson led Brownsboro (10-8) with 17 points while Wehrmann had 13. Also scoring for the Bears were Cole Williams (8), Michael Fitzgerald (3), Aaron Johnson (3) and Colby Wood (2). Joseph Johnson led the Guard (10-5) with 16 points. Others scoring for BH were TyJuan Cannon (10), Grayson Murry (8), Noah Langemeier (7) and Chandler Fletcher (4). Brownsboro (2-0 in the Classic after beating All Saints 71-44 earlier Friday) is scheduled to meet Bishop Gorman at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Wagstaff Gymnasium, while Brook Hill is tangling with Chapel Hill at 1:30 p.m.
